What Will Your Job Look Like?
The Manager, Product Marketing will support/lead outbound marketing activities and will focus on being a NEMT/Transit Subject Matter Expert for all RFP/Sales engagements. The Manager, Product Marketing will ensure the presentation of MTMs products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales. This role will also work internally to drive strategy and work with Product Management to build the best solutions in the NEMT/Transit markets.

Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of MTM and MTM Transit products, becoming a subject matter expert (SME)
Develop plans to position products to be viewed as strategic, profitable, effective/efficient and innovative
Collect, analyze, and synthesize key market, buyer, product, and competitive insights and trends from multiple sources to develop insightful recommendations and properly position products
Support product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers to prioritize, roadmap and position in product portfolio
Translate product strategy and technical details into benefits for the user during marketing/sales process
Ensure the sales and marketing process has Client references that properly demonstrate MTMs products and their user benefits
Prepare product presentations for both internal teams and external business partners
Help customer-facing teams to understand new products and functionality to promote sales
Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy
Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
Utilize SME skills throughout the RFP/Sales demo process
Partner with Marketing to delivery marketing messages, strategies and plans as it relates to existing and new product offerings within RFP responses and Sales demonstrations
Build and maintain rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
Working collaboratively with Product Management, Development, stakeholders and other teams to promote products internally and externally
Work cross functionally with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies
All you need is…
Bachelors degree in Business or a related field
3+ years as a Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Brand Manageror similar role
Experience with partnership marketing strategy and execution
Demonstrated experience and background with doing sales presentations and demos
Experience in market analysis
Product Marketing experience including product strategy, positioning, marketing and competitive product analysis/assessments
