This is a Full-time position in Shreveport, LA posted May 11, 2021.

External Description Merakey is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Adult Behavioral Health Division in our Shreveport, LA location.

This position functions as part of a team and is responsible for supporting members of ACT team and consumers served by the ACT team in all program operations under the direction of the Team Leader and Director This position provides administrative assistance functions to the Program Director as related to overall program operations.

Performs general administrative support activities such as answer multi-line phone system, maintain files, purchasing supplies, faxing and making copies.

Ability to maintain a calendar and/or schedule, make appointments, arrange the meeting room and materials.

Communicate effectively with all staff, including management as well as outside agencies.

Must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.

Must have strong analytical skills.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Requirements POSITION REQUIREMENTS High school diploma/GED required.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Minimum of 3 years experience in an office setting.

Must pass a Louisiana criminal history background check and motor vehicle screen.
